Feature
HM IFC Infusion Agent Filling (Liquid) Capping All-In-One Machine is of full servo motor driven, and the main action parameters can be set on the touch screen. Standard remote function: achieve remote programming, monitoring and upgrading by plugging in the network cable. Plunger pump loading range: 3-10ml or 10-20ml. Replace the column pump if exceed the filling range.


Function introduction
Installed with hopper organizer, the machine can arrange syringes automatically (pushing rod has been well installed).
The machine can rotate intermittently by adopting click wheel (two tubes for one time). The syringe will be fed into the click wheel by the organizer.
 

• Filling station: filling process is achieved by the rotary valve plunger pump (the piston is driven by servo motor, and the filling amount and speed can be adjusted on the touch screen). The filling nozzle is placed over the small mouth of syringe from the bottom to top, and the pressure filling is sealed.

• Cap adding station: cap is arranged under the small mouth of syringe by vibration plate, and then the cap head is driven by servo motor to the top, and the cap is added to the small mouth of the syringe.
• Discharge: the click wheel rotates to the discharge station, and the syringe is removed from the click wheel by the discharge lever and then collected by sliding slide.
