HM PT-I series Automatic Mixing Tank System
]Usage: HM PT-I series Automatic Mixing Tank is full sanitary designed and made according to pharmaceutical cGMP regulations & pressure vessel standards. It is widely used in medicine solution preparation and formulation, powder dissolution, solution mixing and holding storage in:
1. SVP Injectable solution for ampoule and vials.
2. LVP IV infusion solution for bottle and bags.
3. Syrup and suspension liquid oral dosage.
4. Blood/Biological products mixing
5. Chemical API mixing, reaction& crystallization.
6. Disinfection/Antiseptic solution mixing.
7. Cosmetic/Detergent solution mixing
Function and Features:
1.Sanitary bottom mounted Magnetic agitator 50-800rpm or top mounted mechanic agitator 30-120rpm for mixing the solution.
2.The agitator speed can be adjustable by frequency inverter.
3.Tank inner shell is made by stainless steel sus316L or sus304, mirror polishing Ra≤0.4µm, the outside is made by sus304 Mat-finishing or Mirror polished with Ra≤0.8µm.
4.SIEMENS PLC and Touch Screen Automatic Control System with automatic valves operation.
5.Adopt quick-connected Tri-clamp type connection.
6.GMP Validation documents (certificate, IQ, OQ protocol).

Usage: For the storage of Purified Water, WFI and medicine solutions

HM VE-M series Cream Manufacturing Master Plant
Usage: Modern innovative design for manufacturing of cream and ointment according to the latest advanced homogenizing and emulsifying technology.
