Aseptic filling machine 

Introduction
This machine is mainly used for the automatic rotation of the pushing rod after the pre-filled syringe is filled and capped.
When used in conjunction with other equipment, the syringe is first conveyed to a certain height by a climbing conveyor belt, and then enters the rotation wheel of the pushing rod machine through a descending channel. It can simultaneously complete the feeding of the syringe, the supply and rotation of the pushing rod.
When used as a single machine, the syringe can be manually hung into the descending channel, or it can be automatically removed from the honeycomb and automatically entered into the descending channel.
The entire machine is driven by full servo motors, and all motion parameters can be set and adjusted on the touch screen.The production capacity of the entire machine can reach 25-50 syringes per minute.The machine is an integrated equipment designed for the packaging process of pre-filled syringes, which can continuously rotate the syringes that have been filled with plugs.
